I can't access premium from my current location

I got versa 4 in the UAE and trying to access the premium feature but it doesn't change my Google location and it asks me payment in my home country currency, I tried uninstalling and installing from a completely different Google account from the playstote, which I created a month back in the UAE, it's still not detecting my current location and I am unable to use the premium feature.. can someone help me on it, please

If it is not detecting your current location @Jan213 what country does fitbit think you are in? Is the displayed time correct?
