I can't add any of my cards to the Fitbit Versa 4

I tried adding my Westpac and UpMoney cards to my Versa 4 but failed. UpMoney is under Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Limited but I still can't add it. If the same problem still isn't unresolved in a week or so, I might just return the watch as its NFC Features is one of the main reasons I got it as my phone doesn't have NFC.

 

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything but still nothing. Any suggestions how to solve this? Thank you.

Sad to hear that you're having issues with setting up mobile payment on your Versa 4. Bendigo and Adelaide Bank should be usable for mobile payment with your device in Australia as listed here:

Banks & Transit Supporting Fitbit Pay 

Banks Supporting Google Wallet 

So I'd suggest contacting your Bank's support to check what might be causing trouble.
