I can't change the Clock Face to my Versa 4

I'm trying to select a new clock face. In the app I'm tapping on the Today icon and nothing happens.

From Today screen, click battery % near top left, then your device, then gallery, then clocks.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I appreciate your message regarding the clock face's of your Versa 4. 
In addition to the accurate information of @JohnnyRow, I leave here the link related to the change of clock faces for future reference: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Following a careful assessment of the impact of new regulatory requirements, we have made the decision to remove the ability to install third-party apps and clocks from the Fitbit Gallery for users in the European Economic Area in June 2024. You still have access to a selection of Fitbit and Google apps. Users in other countries will not be impacted.
