I can't connect Versa 4 to MyFitnessPal

I've tried logging out and back in both on Fitbit and MyFitnessPal and I still can't get my Versa 4 to connect to MyFitnessPal. Anyone have any advice? Thanks.

I was only able to connect it through my laptop. Kinda strange it wouldn't allow me to do it through the app when the option was there, but it just wouldn't work. I don't know if it's on my end or theirs, but either way, pretty inconvenient, but glad I was able to get it to work. Unfortunate for people who may not have a computer. Thanks for the help!
