Can someone please tell me how to  find  the volume on my versa 4? My watch shows the speaker is off. I can't locate it to adjust it.

Please help. Thank you.

I was able to speak to customer service yptoday. It needed a factory reset.
All is good now. Thank you so very much for trying to help me!!

Hi @Grammy62 - what function are you using where it shows that the speaker is off?

Are you able to add an image?

@Grammy62   Are you trying to set up or use on-wrist calls?  Please review the steps in this Help article.  You might have missed a step.  Also, if your Versa 4 is brand new, it has the firmware from when it was manufactured.  You might need a firmware update, which should come in the next few days.
