I can't get my tiles onto my watch/device

Brand new Versa 4, I've downloaded and managed all my tiles on the app but they're not syncing with my watch device. I've rebooted phone and watch. Any advice???

Hello @Cfversa and welcome to the Community.  I apologize if I'm misreading what you wrote.   You swipe left/right on your screen to see your tiles.  Are you saying that your screen doesn't respond to a left/right swipe?
