I bought a versa 4 and i have tried to wear it when I'm sleeping . However I cannot see my sleep profile and my sleeping animal.I am the premium user. What can i do to solve it.i have tried to reinstall the app but took no effect.

Hello @polarbearkw and welcome to the Community.  When did you activate your Premium subscription?  You must have a minimum of 14 days of data with sleep stages in a month.  Then you get your sleep animal and profile on the first of the following month. Help article  Also, your sleep profile is just below the bars graphs when you tap on your sleep tile.  What do you see under your bars graphs?

i have got premium for over 1 month.At first , I see my sleep profile at first below the bars graph . After i joined in a lesson about sleep . The sleep profile got disappear . I then exited the lesson . But took no effect. NOW I only see my sleep score and sleep time below the bars graph. what can i do ? Is this a bug ? I have updated fitbit to the latest version.
