I did an update on my Versa 4 January 26,2024, and now wrong time on my Fitbit Versa 4.

I did an update January 26,2024 and now my Versa 4 says on the watch that it is May 4 Sat.Tried on tablet to turn off set time  and time zone both off and making sure correct time zone x 5 but still no joy.Correct time on Fitbit app on my tablet.Before any tries to suggest try it on my phone, I have a flip phone that does not even have texting enable on it.I had to buy this Google pixel tablet specifically to sych my Fitbit Versa 4 when they stopped letting you use a PC to sych your Fitbit. I would even take any suggestions on how to remove an update. This is so my last update .For some reason my profile pic was always on upper left corner of first screen of Fitbit app,but now for about a year it is a pic of a phone and tablet FYI, AND FITBIT LOGO does not appear anywhere on my tablet app,needed to go under app setting to find time zone info, if that makes a difference.PLEASE someone help and thank you for reading this even if unable to help ,you tried and that is what makes the world a better place little by little,so thank you again. My Versa 4 has done exactly the same after an update on 26 January.  Watch now showing only 02:53, second hand not moving.  Don't know what date it's showing.  Can't reset it. Sync didn't work. 

Must be a bug in the update.

Well at least I am not alone and I did not really notice the time but my time zone is Atlantic time and my time is 0323 on a 24 hr. clock and I waited 5 min and still 0323. Is yours stuck on the same time also? If so, if you could try to change your clock face to one with date and time to see what date you are stuck on and you can change to your old one right afterwards. Could the time be the time the update was done? It could help if we try troubleshooting this thing now, I have a feeling we are not going to be the only 2 posting this problem. I was procrastinating on this update because it says in the last paragraph something about if not done I would possibly not be able to do some purchases with the European Union and I am from Canada ! But I just couldn't stand that red bar on the app anymore. That will teach me LOL. Please post again if you try any fixes even if they work or not, it is all valuable data to finding a solution. Thanks for your input about our shared after update troubles Lenwatchsync. FYI, I am still stuck on time 0323.

Lenwatchsync I found a fix ! Reset your watch. To reset press button on the left of watch and hold it down hard until Fitbit logo shows up. Re sync your watch and if you are lucky like I was it will be the correct time.  FIX FOUND !  Please confirm if it worked for you also Lenwatchsync, could help others with same problem. It's looking better - the time changed to more or less the right local time,  but not the same as my phone but I haven't synced them yet.   There are other issues with the watch that weren't there before (nnot always on,  doesn't switch to digital display ads it should etc) but it's better than it was.

Lenwatchsync You will have to check your settings. I have it that it just comes on when I press the button so the batterie last longer and it doesn't blind me during the night, but was on quick view after the date and time corrected.

I can't even get mine to do the update. I just bought the darn watch and ready to send it back... I've shut down, disconnected, unpaired, short of doing a rain dance, nothing works.

Thank you!  I just got my Fitbit and right off it would not display the correct time.  Used your fix and it works!

Thank you..after the update my time was wrong had no idea how to fix it. I tried your suggestion and synced phone and it worked. Thank you 😁
