I have a versa4 and my strap keeps falling off, so far the watch has not broken. Software glitches when I try to get a replacement for a faulty strap

Sad to hear that you're having issues with the bands of your Versa 4. If that is happening with genuine Fitbit bands I'd suggest contacting Fitbit support as there might be something wrong with your device or the band:

If that is happening with third party bands though, be aware of the fact that they are not always manufactured exactly the way they should have been to perfectly match your device's attachment mechanism.

The strap was the one which came with the watch 10 weeks ago, the original
strap.
After a 2 hour flip/flop on email and text Fitbit are sending a replacement
