I keep getting a notification re:

"To pay, double press on the left side button  and tap payments".

Please advise how to cancel this notification, as did not request it & is getting very annoying.  It repeats numerous times during the day, I want it stopped.

Hi there @Marionpeck. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for stopping by and let us know about this issue of your Versa 4. As I was reading your post, it crossed my thoughts that you might be being pushed to use your device's shortcuts. In this case, I would advise reading this help page to gain a better understanding of how to use and configure this functionality.

I'm seeing this issue with my Versa 4 on a regular basis as well. Adjusting the shortcut settings does not impact the problem. It's still happening. A search of the forums appears to indicate a long standing bug. Please fix this bug

UPDATE: After some testing, I found a reliable set of steps to trigger this bug. Allow the Versa screen to go to sleep and wait for a couple of minutes. At this point, a quick press of the button with trigger the notification.  This method is consistent and works regardless of the shortcut settings.  I tried shortcuts turned on and off.  I also tried changing the Long Press setting.  The notification is still triggered using these steps.  So, it's not a shortcut issue.

I don't know the minimum sleep time required.  Pressing the button less than a minute after the screen goes to sleep will only wake the display.  It must be somewhere between 1-3 minutes.

Please fix this bug.  It is extremely annoying.

I am having the same problem with my sense 2 that I got only a few months ago. I tried contacting fitbit help through chat but they didn’t help and told me to tell them if the problem persist but It’s been happening for months. I’ve tried updating everything, restarting the watch, deleted and redownloading the app, almost anything. Has anyone given any advise or suggested how to fix it? Or should I get a new fitbit?
