I lost some data on my Versa 4

 I have lost a few days of data. Steps, sleep, hourly activity, etc. I have most of today's data 5/6/24 for now.  Versa 4

Hi @jskaggs - if you do a Shutdown or factory reset without first syncing the watch with the Fitbit App, the information can get lost.

If that is not the case, you need to sync to recover past data every few days. The watch itself will only show you today's information.
