The new app is a huge step backward. Rounded running times, inaccurate, pace data, inaccurate average pay data. Simply not suitable for serious athletes, looking to actually track their statistics. Can I go back to old app?

It's no longer user friendly. I believe the programmers had a little too much gonja!!! People have been complaining left and right, yet... nadda... NOTHING!
DO THEY REALLY BELIEVE ITS GOOD???? I will be moving to another platform (as soon as my watch dies. I would move to another now, but i just got this one not too long ago; replacing my other Versa) .because the app was super killer prior. It was the one app over the others, I really liked.
Fitbit, you made a huge mistake!!

Hi @Sledgurl - the simple solution is to go back to the previous version when something isn't working but for some reason Google haven't developed this technology, they have no archives for the Playstore.
Unfortunately being a developer centric company they are more interested in what they can do and test in production rather than being user centric in giving users what they want or need.
I've heard that for Android users there are some sites which keep Playstore archives but it isn't sure how safe they are.
As you got a new device did you know if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit may have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.
