I managed to solve connectivity issues with your Versa 4 with these steps

Thought I'd post this since it took me hours to figure it out in case someone has the same problem. Make sure to delete your Fitbit app from EVERY mobile device you have it installed on. I read others say remove it from your old phone so I did to no avail. After giving up I picked up my tablet and saw the fitbit icon. Hmmm said my coffee deprived brain. I wonder if I delete it here........presto it worked!
