Insights not showing when swiping up on Versa 4

After syncing my Versa watch last week, no data is showing when I swipe up from the clock face. Any idea how to get it to show?

Thanks for explaining your situation in regards to the notifications when your swipe up your Versa 4.

I'd recommend you to check if they're actually enabled, you can find helpful steps about this here.

Notifications is not my issue. I can’t see any info when I swipe up on the clock face. Before, I could see my steps, my heart rate, how many flights of stairs I had climbed, how many kilometres I had done in a day… Why has it disappeared??
