Is Everyone Having an Issue Right Now?

I just noticed my stats completely reset on my watch. I had done a workout and was at around 4k steps. My watch is showing I have 95. I opened the app and it "updated" showing 95 as well, but seems to have reset and is showing the correct number, but my watch still says 95. Anyone else? Looks like quite a few topics have been submitted in the last few hours. TIA!

This morning I was walking on the treadmill and I was almost up to 1000 steps. When I glanced back at my phone app, it had reset and told me I was only at about 250 steps. Now, hours later, the time is off on my Fitbit watch by several hours and frozen. My app is updated, my devices are synced, I’ve restarted my phone, tried everything! Then I saw your message, so I wonder if it’s a company app issue?

When I woke up this morning my Versa4 said the time was 3:50. I have synced my watch 3 times today with no change - the time is still 3:50!!!   Something is definitely off.

Mine is stuck on 12:55!

Hi @BDALBERT239 @TMD55 - as a first step hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start then sync.

It is possible that the clock face has a fault so try changing to another.

In general a watch should keep the correct time all by itself and unless it ran down completely, so if it isn't the watch may have a fault.

It may be necessary to restart phone and watch and sync to get the time right, and also try in the Fitbit App, App settings to toggle off/on the Automatic time zone option and sync.

Thanks! Shutting down the FitBit and restarting it fixed the problem, and I
do believe it began when the battery level fell to 8% before I recharged
it. I'm concerned that that happened overnight when, going in to the night,
the battery was supposedly at 40%. I have seen some other posts about
Versa4 battery life issues and erratic/inaccurate information on how much
life is left.

I had my messages going to my Versa 4 and now I cant get any messages at all.

I'm also having trouble with messages syncing. Very frustrating.

Hi @BDALBERT239 - did you pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off all the icons and then restart it and sync.

There can be sync problems with the new app.

Great. This worked. I turned off iPhone and it test the app. 
also held side button on Fitbit for 10secs and all working ok.
