Is my Versa 4 broken?

Received a Versa 4 for Christmas. Wear it to bed every night. It registers resting heart rate and oxygen saturation. It does not register skin temperature, heart rate variability, or breathing rate. Checking the community, the only “fix” is to wear it for 3 nights. I wear it every night and still no go. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Ho @SunsetRunner - it is a known problem that the skin temperature tile does not show anything, though it appears in health metrics? 

As regards the missing HRV and BR, this may be an app issue, try logout of the Fitbit App, clear the storage cache, force stop it and swipe it's window off, restart both watch and phone and try again.

Also check you have the latest app version What's changed in the latest release of the Fitbit app? though this link is often not updated but you should at least have the version shown or later.
