The screen is black, I’ve done the hard reset and got a red x on the screen. I can’t get it to sync with my phone because it won’t turn on. I thought I read there was a contact number but I can’t find it. I just need to know if I just buy a new one or if this one can be fixed? I have no idea what happened. just quit working one day!

Same thing happened to my watch yesterday about 11am. White line across back screen which I thought it was doing an update but it never went away. Long press side button to power cycle and it vibrated but nothing. Won't turn on and seems the sensors are not working because no lights showing on back of watch. Just purchased in November.
