Is there anyone facing the battery issue with Fitbit versa 4

A few months ago, I purchased a new Fitbit Versa 4, but recently it has been experiencing a sudden battery drain where it dies after only about 3 hours from being fully charged. Even after charging it to 100%, MYBKExperience it quickly becomes completely depleted. I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem and if there are any tips or solutions to fix it. Should I consider getting a new smartwatch, or is there a way to resolve this issue?

Sad to hear that you're having an issue with your Versa 4.
First please change your device's clock face to a different one and check if this has a positive impact. Here's how to do that:

If there's no change, I'd suggest turning your Versa 4 off and on again to make sure that there's no background process draining your device's battery that fast.

If your completely out of luck, I'd suggest contacting Fitbit support for further assistance as your device should be covered by Fitbit's warranty:
