Having issues since latest update for Fitbit. In my Iphone Fitbit app I can see my daily steps on the main screen but if I click on Steps in the app the next screen doesn’t appear to work, nothing displays there at all.
Hourly Activity, nothing shows at all on the main screen of the IPhone app but if I click it t then the can see my stats for hourly activity.
Any ideas what’s going on?

I solved my issue by deleting the app and then adding it back on. Did that on my IPhone and IPad. Best of luck!

Hi. I can’t see the weekly/monthly/yearly stats either since yesterday. I have since restarted my Fitbit versa 4 and installed the latest update. That didn’t work. How do you delete the app and will that delete all my historical data? I have an iPad. Thanks!

No all my data is still there.

I pressed on the actual app and then chose the option to delete the app then I went to the App Store to add the app back on. I didn’t lose any of my data doing this process. Best of luck to you.
