Late night walks not being recorded with Versa 4

Every day I take the dogs for a 2 hour walk about 6pm which records fine.  Later in the evening, usually starting around 22pm we do a 40 minute walk around the local park. None of these walks have been recorded/tracked.  I've only had this a week does anyone know why this happens (or doesn't happen )?

@soozle It's really hard to determine why a 40 minute walk wouldn't be recorded. You can check your settings for auto-tracking walks in the Fitbit app, but my suggestion would be to always start your walk from your device that way you'll always have it recorded. 

To check your auto-tracking, you can tap on your profile photo in the upper right hand corner of the Fitbit app, then tap Fitbit Settings, then Activity & Wellness, and then Exercise. Just double check that your Walk tracking is on.

But again, my best suggestion is to just always start your exercise right from your device every time.
