Did anyone else wake up to a Fitbit app that doesn't work? My Fitbit no longer syncs and when I open up the app on my phone I don't see my heart rate I don't get **ahem**! Whose idea was it to make these changes? Had I known this was going to happen I would have bought a different watch when my previous Fitbit died because the challenges are a big reason why I pick this one.
So why is my Fitbit no longer syncing?

I can’t help with the syncing, but I agree about the challenges. No challenges combined with the crappy charging cable (prongs have broken on three of four) means this will be my last Fitbit.

Hi @DMK6 - Europe went to summer time on the 26th which may have a bearing on syncing and Fitbit made this announcement about challenges Open groups, Challenges, and Adventures will no longer be available as of March 27, 2023

Generally if you restart the watch and logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window, and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it before restarting the phone, it may work when you login again and wait for any pair, linkor Fixit prompts and sync manually..
