Meaning of face clock on Versa 4

Hi. What is the meaning of this icon on my Versa 4. It's in the top left corner of the Facet face clock. Having trouble getting good pic of it

@mlm0327   That icon is the Stress Management icon.  It should show your Stress Management score.

Edit: I understand why you showed just that corner.  That clock face looks like Facet.  It's a themed clock face.  The four corners show (clockwise from upper left): Stress Management score, current Heart Rate, Sleep score, AZMs.  You can't customize the corner metrics.
