Morning all
I got a new phone (redmagic 8s pro) and since I have had it I haven't been able to get messages on the watch (versa 4) but was able to with my previous phone. I have linked it to the new phone as the app shows it's linked and will sync occasionally. Any help appreciated?
P.s I have tried all the usual things like uninstall the app and restarting the phone and looking thro all the setting to make sure it can receive messages

Thanks for letting me know about this situation with your notifications in your Versa 4.
I understand the impact in the usage of your Fitbit, my best recommendation would be for you to check the article 'Why are notifications delayed or missing?' so you can check this out, I'm positive this will help you to get it to work.
Let me know how it goes once you've done this, if you have already done one of the steps shown in there, do it again but in the order it mentions.
