Most of my account deleted on its own

Woke up yesterday to "Welcome to Fitbit"  Everything wiped out since 2009, except steps. According to Fitbit, my account started in June of 2024, but no info is there. Have tried restarting.  Anyone found a way of retrieving data?

I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience you've experienced lately. Let me suggest some steps to see if we can get you back on track!

Let's start with some basic troubleshooting for the account and the Fitbit app. First, log out from your Fitbit account, then uninstall the app. Once you have done that, go to your App Store or Play Store and install the Fitbit app again. Once installed, log back in.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.  Starting all over.  I no longer can get steps or heart rate on the versa 4, after restating that.  I was premium through medicare but it it's not allowing me to sign up again, at least not that I have found.
