Just upgraded my versa 3 to a versa 4 and just realised that Google has removed it from all new fitbits and no longer supports music app controls on the smart watch. This is totally bizarre as I would expect that the majority of smart watch users would expect and use this feature. Google get your act together and give customers what they want.

Hi there, @Kcinb. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums.
I understand how important it is to you to have Music control on Versa 4. Even though we truly appreciate that you've taken the time to come here and share your thoughts about this, please note at this time there are no plans to implement this feature on Versa 4.
We rely on feedback like yours to help us develop products and features that we know our community wants to see. Visit our FAQs to learn more about how Fitbit decides which suggestions get developed or implemented.
Thanks in advance.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

In the past I could download music on my versa 2 and that is perfect for running. Now that option is not possible anymore. The only option is youtube music but I dont want to pay for that. Im just very sad that we cant just download more apps then those 15 from fitbit itself. Please do something about it, it is really the only option for fitbit to get their fans back.
