Music control on versa 4

Why did they take away the music control feature? It doesn’t really make sense. Many people have this Fitbit so they can leave there phone while the do other activities. Now I can’t control my music while running or exercising. I thought I was doing the right thing by upgrading when my versa 3 got water damage but I may have made a mistake. Please bring this feature back as an update.

Hi @NoemiY - quite a few features of the Versa 3 don't appear on the Versa 4, this is by design so it won't get changed.

However if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.

This can give you the option to choose a watch which fully suits your needs.
