Suddenly after working perfectly for months, my Versa 4 has become unreliable on sleep data with 3 nights over the past 3 weeks only capturing 1 or 2 hours. My sleep should have been shown as normal. My heart rate was captured normally.

Welcome back to the Fitbit community, @pugetsoundgirl!
Sad to hear that you're having an issue with your Versa 4.
To improve sleep tracking results considerably I'd suggest setting a sleep goal and setting up a sleep schedule. To see how to do that you might want to have a closer look here:
How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Thanks for the reply, but I already had sleep goal and schedule. I have been a Fitbit user for over 10 years. So that is not helping solve the issue.

I was noticing similar issues and had to do a manual sync. Ever since I moved over to google, I’ve noticed it doesn’t auto sync regularly anymore…I just did a help chat and they said to remove my phone from the sync menu (under my watch) and see if that changes anything.
