Hi @Oli8764 - try rotating the watch through 180 degrees [top at the bottom] before attaching the charge cable.

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit keeps sliding off the charger and doesn’t sit central and doesn’t charge. 

I understand your feelings about this situation, and I'll be more than glad to suggest you some tips. 

Make sure you use the charging cable that came with your device, as most cables aren't compatible with other devices.

Check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable.
