My Versa 4 doesn't have the clock face I used to have on my Versa 2

I recently purchased a versa 4 but unfortunately the clock face I love and have always used on my versa 2 is not available nor does the company still seem to be active. Is there anyway I can request a developer or Fitbit to make this simple watch face?  otherwise it will be a case of downgrading back versa 2.

As I can see, this is a third party clock face. 
You could contact the developer or post your idea in the Product Feedback forum (you can post your thoughts about the Fitbit app or your Fitbit devices).

Hi @SunsetRunner - the Smooth clock face is a very simple clock face.

Did you have a look in the gallery for other improved clock faces available for your new watch?

They can include features like a flashlight, battery level indicator and all sorts of other things to make greater use of the watch abilities.

There are quite a few available with these more interesting features but if you live in the EEA you will only be able to install Fitbit ones.

I have exactly the same issue. Unfortunately the developer who I contacted about two years ago said it was harder for the watch faces to get approved so I think she was giving up. She has several out there for the 4,  just not the one I loved on my previous Versa 3.
