My Versa 4 doesn't have the water tile

No water tile is on new Versa 4 watch.

Hello @speedyfj1 and welcome to the Community.  I apologize if I misread your post.  If you are asking about logging water directly on the Versa 4, then I'm sorry, but Fitbit didn't put that feature on the Versa 4.  That is on other Versa models, but not the Versa 4.

Can Fitbit also do an update and put in regarding our sleep status the
quality of sleep we got? An example is I slept 8 hours and 9 minutes last
night. My vetsa 2 would say Excellent. Nothing was mentioned other than J
slept 8 hrs and 9 minutes. A little but of encouragement goes a long way.😊
