My versa 4 has stopped responding to wrist movements ie clock face doesn’t show when you move your wrist. It also doesn’t vibrate or light up with notifications.

Hi @BarbaraAld  - pull down on the watch face and turn off all the icons.

You may also need to hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start to clear any other issues.

Welcome to the forums @BarbaraAld

Thank you for sharing the inquiry about these features on your device.

In addition to that suggested by @Guy_,If the screen wake is no working yet on your Versa 4, please go to your quick settings and check if the screen wake has been accidentally turned off. To do so, swipe down from the clock face on your watch to access the quick settings. Here you can change whether the screen turns on when you turn your wrist. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

If the above doesn't work or doesn't describe your issue, probably your Versa 4 is in sleep mode. When the sleep mode setting is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders to move are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The Always-On Display clock face is turned off.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in the quick settings.
