My Versa 4 is slow and stalling and won't turn off

My Versa 4 has lost Bluetooth connection. Is slow to do anything and I can not turn it off through settings on the watch

Hi @Wmck62 - you may need to do a restart - hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears.

From the watch Settings menu there is a Shutdown option you can use once synced, though it may come back on again by itself and if it does it may need a factory reset.

Also don't forget to logout of the Fitbit App and restart the phone if you are having syncing problems - see more here Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
