My data won't transfer after switching to Google

When I try to set up my Vrrsa4 on a Google account it deleted all my history.  I currently have my watch setup on my Telus email and for some reason the history won't transfer.  Does anyone have a work around?

Update: I figured it out I had to set up a brand new Gmail account.  Hope this helps someone else.

Thanks, I was happy to find a way to keep my history. Funny that I
couldn't use a Gmail account I already had but had to set up a whole new
Gmail account.
