My experience with Customer Service and Fitbit Warranty Policies

I am on my second Versa 4 -- the first worked properly for a few months -- the second didn't last a month.  I made the mistake of deciding to take the offer of 50% off another device and then changed my mind within a couple of hours and they won't let me change my warranty option.  I will not purchase another Fitbit anytime soon.  HORRIBLE customer support.

HI @flabbypal - have moved your post to the Versa 4 forum to keep things aligned. What problems did you encounter? Have you looked in the Versa 4 forum for solutions?
