I had 3 Ionic, 2 Versa 2, 2 Versa 3 and now a Versa 4 and this one is horror! No apps, battery consumption at night = 20%!. Fitbit Pay or Google Pay does not word properly..... etc, etc.... No solutions given by Fitbit Support. I tried several Chinese clones, but none of them is accurate and Apple Watch.... I am a Apple fanatic but with 18 hrs of battery capacity....

Hi @Zjefke - unfortunately it isn't the best Fitbit and if it is a recent purchase Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy if bought direct from them or from an authorised shop perhaps, and some stores offer a 14 to 30 day one.

 

The Chinese ones have a good price, even some at $13, but the development is lacking in some areas.

 

If battery life is what you need try the Garmin Venu 2 Plus - around 10 days autonomy.
