I sent an email before , I am disappointed with Fitbit. The watch is not tracking correctly and while busy with an intensive long running, it pauses itself and asks if the work out is done. This is such an inconvenience because if I’m not looking at the watch it stops itself. I don’t understood how I’m expected to monitor the watch while trying to concentrate. I’m unhappy, disappointed and unsatisfied as I paid a premium price for the watch.
