My experience with Fitbit

So fitbit shuts down the forum post about the failure of the latest update.  No fix provided

Just sweeping the problem under the carpet! Returning to factory settings only restores the watch's operation for a moment... It then turns off at random times and freezes again. This was not the case before, admit your mistake and say you are looking for a solution!
