My experience with Versa 4, I'm happy with it

I’m a longtime Fitbit Charge and Blaze user. After much consideration, I decided on and was so excited about my new Versa 4 and all the things it could do, only to find that it couldn’t. Due to a very nice lady in tech support who told me it had an issue, (big red :cross_mark:)  I returned it. After purchasing another brand, I missed my V4  so much that I purchased another. This one is working perfectly! Though I greatly miss the ToDo List and Calendar app,  I’m happy again!

Hi @SparkleSteps - you might be happier with a Versa 3 which has apps and Google Assistant and if you are in the window Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.

Moderator, why did you change my subject?

 The purpose of me writing is to say how happy I am with my Versa 4 and that everything works, even with my iOS device. I’m not bashing Fitbit. I’m happy! I also have no plans to return it for a Versa 3
