My experience with Versa 4 and Customer Service

I bought a new Versa 4 and I couldn’t get it to connect.  I had it for two days when I called about the connection issue.  They said we will help you no problem.  I requested a replacement which I assumed would be new but they are sending me a refurbished one.  The other choice was 50% off another product and I just bought the one I have two days before that. I will be returning it and taking my loss. I will never buy another Fitbit product again! This is absolutely ridiculous!

Hi @Ksomers -  Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds. You may be able to enact that but as it was replaced it may be a bit more complicated.

The new V4 Fitbit App has inherent problems of syncing and connecting under some circumstances which might have been the problem all along.
