Just got my Verss 4 yesterday and can't decide whether to return it. Gutted I have to pay a sub to get any info out of it but then I should have done more research. My Huawei at least shoed the step counted on the wristband does this do that? At the moment the wristband says 'to get started download the app'. I have downloaded the app and my phone keeps telling me to open the app and set it up. I open it but then there's no more info. about what needs setting up?

Hang on it doesn't seemed to have been paired, now downloading update so the jury's still out.

Hi @Woldsweather - in the Fitbit App click the profile photo and " + Set up a Device" and install the watch, this will set it up and pair it, which can't be done in Bluetooth manually.
