My experience with Versa 4

  • Goodmorning,
  • Since the last update i have several issues with my versa 4:  no more synchronization, trainingsmodus suddenly stops, gps unreliable, when i was normally cycling, my speed goes up to nearly 70 km/hr.🙃.
  • I decided to wear my sense 1 again and d everything works fine.
  • Very disappointed in the new versa 4

Hi there, @Steinway29. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 4. I understand why you're feeling disappointed. 

If you're having syncing difficulties, please try the following:

  • Unpair your Versa 4 from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Versa 4.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 4. The restart should also help with your activities not tracking correctly. 
  • Once your Versa 4 is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again. 

With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 4 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

Thanks for the answer, but i still feel very disappointed, my sense works perfectly without doing al these things.

Google made a bad device, they don t provide any structural solution, with the last update things get worse and worse.

They are destroying what once was a great brand for a fitness tracker.

I had several fitbit devices, but i think i try to sell the versa 4 and use the sense till it " dies" and then i am switching to Apple, i must say to my regrets

With the last update i got a lot of troubles with my versa 4.

Won t sinc, it stops automically with training.

This weekend i tried it again and now starts over and over and i cant reset it to factory settings.

Because the settings button does not do anything.

I want to send it back and have it fixed.

But i dont have a adres

Anyone can help?
