Does anyone else have constant issues with both fitbit software and customer support?
I've had nothing but issues since day one:
My google pay has never worked after almost 2 years, when trying to get help I'm met with generic responses advising the most basic obvious advice like turn on and off, delete google pay and reinstall then saying an expert will look into the issue, never to hear back.
I stopped running for a while, started running again but forgot password and tried to reset it, must've tried about 20 times in the last month to receive the reset email, nothing. When contacting customer support again I'm met with generic responses telling me to do things I've already done multiple times, told and expert will come back to me...you guessed it they never bothered. What's ridiculous to me is they make you go through verification to confirm your the account holder, even confirming a phone number so why they can't then use this to reset your password makes no sense to me.
I've also noticed battery issues which I cba to go into
This might seem like a bit of a rant and that's because it is, for a company which is now part of google with seemingly unlimited resources you seem to be absolutely terrible at resolving issues when it comes to anything fibit related. Fitbits aren't exactly cheap so please for the love of God sort out the mess which us your customer support.
