Hi @Eyenny - if the watch optical sensor has a fault or the watch is worn over tattoos you may not get a reliable HR result.
First restart your watch, by holding the watch button for 10 seconds till the display blanks or it vibrates and wait for it to restart.
Check the watch is recording HR, either on the clock face or by swiping the watch face to the left where you see the core stats.

Our team is aware of the missing heart rate graph on the Fitbit app and is looking into it.
Many users have mentioned that it got solved for them after changing the clock format to 24h clock.
A try is worth it . How do I change to a 12 or 24 hour clock?
