Hi my new Versa 4 which otherwise seems to be set up is not counting steps. I have been on multiple walks today and my step count is 0

Are you talking about daily total steps? What about daily mileage, calories burned? Have any of them?

Hi @Junoismypup if you chose a different clock face you probably didn't give permission to display that information.
You can check this by swiping the watch face left and see if steps show or syncing the watch with the app.

My Versa 4 is underreporting my steps, heart rate, and zone minutes. I am returning it and going back to the Charge 5. I think my wrist is too small.
