My new Versa 4 isn't receiving text message notifications. I have all notification settings set up and on, I have reinstalled the app and restarted my phone. Bluetooth is connected. I also cant seem to search for my apps to in the Fitbit app to allow notifications. Help!

I have completed all the trouble shooting steps in that article. I am receiving WhatApp message notifications, but not text message or social media app notifications

HI @LAM26 - in the Fitbit App, tap the device/battery icon and then on your watch and then Notifications and also App notifications. Choose all the apps from which you wish to receive notifications.

Thank you. I have done all of this. In App Notifications in the Fitbit app, I do not have any options to choose from and I cant search for any apps either.

I have completed a full factory reset and update to the device. Still no message notifications or options to add apps...
