My new Versa 4 was dead this morning despite a full charge

Woke up today to a dead device...black screen, no lights on back. App shows a full charge.

Hi @MtnLover - if the watch stops syncing then the battery level in the App is old information. You can check-in the app when it last synced to confirm.

Try holding the button a few seconds and charging the watch firstly.
