My sleep keeps stopping being visible on Versa 4

Hi my sleep keeps stopping being visible on the watch despite shutting it down and re pairing it and turning Bluetooth off and on etc does anyone know what else I can try ?

A warm welcome to the forums @Moonstonebright.

I'd suggest restarting the device before considering other options.

Keep in mind that your sleep data might take a couple of minutes to show up on your Versa 4.

Also, I'd recommend syncing your Versa 4 twice in a row just right after waking up.

Thank you I’ve tried restarting it and my phone too and I’ve changed details etc and it still isn’t working but that thank you for your suggestions
