My versa 4 is not holding its charge.

My versa 4 is not holding charge, it keeps jumping onto exercise mode on its own and will not sync phone

Just to confirm I have tried all the usual bits , the fitbit is only 10 months old.

@SarahAqua   Please contact Support for more help.  Your Fitbit should still be under warranty, depending on where you bought it.
