This is ridiculous that I pay for premium, although sleep stages are not part of premium. However, for eight out of the last 10 days, I have not received sleep score or metrics. I have not changed the way I wear. My band is the same as always. I have not changed the way I sleep. I have changed nothing. Would appreciate someone from Fitbit answering this question with some fixes. I have disconnected my watch from Bluetooth… I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app. I have removed my versa and re- installed it to the app.
