New Versa 4 charged once and won't recharge

I have just purchased a new Versa 4 and after taking out of the original box I charged my watch and all seemed good, but upon trying to recharge I found it would not recharge. I switched outlets and also watched a You Tube video instructing me on how to use the new type of charger that comes with the Versa 4s. Pretty frustrating after spending over 200.00 on the watch. Any suggestions before I re-box and return to the store where I purchased it. Thank you

@ZYLAR , A warm welcome to the Community! I´m glad to read that you chose the Versa 4. 

How are you charging the Versa 4? Are you using a normal socket adapter or a quick/fast charge?
If you are using a quick/fast charge adapter, try using a normal charge one.
